I came here to see if my power supply was bad. He told me that he was absolutely sure it was malware without scanning for it, or doing any sort of test on it. All he did was attempt to run a system update and tell me that my computer was very slow and it absolutely has malware on it. My partner suggested some things that we thought were wrong and he shut everything down saying that it was definitely malware.
