The provider was very kind and encouraging. She explained my MRI results in a manner that i could understand, encouraged me to continue nonsurgical and nonmedication interventions to manage my condition, as well the next options should my condition worsen. She advised me to check in with her in a year unless the issue worsens before then. I appreciated the least invasive approach and including me in the process of my own healing.
