They are not licensed, bonded, certified, have no physical address, have only a landline with answer machine--returning inquiries by an 'unknown' cell phone, no experience with homeownership or managing an association, not a member of BBB, not a member of Chamber of Commerce, and no website !
Unprofessional, rude. Management Company who doesn't allow or want customers to call their office to discuss problems or concerns regarding your problem. Over $4000 annually paid to this company and they refuse to speak with you.
