Bought a 2023 Mazda CX-9 from them when they were still Bill Walsh. Scheduled to bring it in at a later date (live in Peoria) for them to do a detail, oil change, and fix some paint chips. Bill Walsh sold before we got up there. They didn't have us listed for the appointment. Had to call in a guy to do the paint repair. They didn't want to give us a loaner so tried having us drive a salesman's personal vehicle. We get it back right when they are closing. I could.not be happier with Sierra motors. I am the guy that slams organizations that fail miserably. I am also the guy that gives credit when credit is due. I was in the market for a truck, they gave me every opportunity to drive them all and pick the one for me.
