I had a great experience dealing with the salesman and highly recommend working with him as he was very helpful in all of the issues I had. My issue is with the dealership that allowed a car out the door without being properly inspected. I bought a used Jeep which I had to have shipped. When received it was missing parts to the soft top which they were happy to reimburse for the parts but the visor was also broken. Well it's been a great run with Sierra and The Bill Walsh Group since 1998. I will miss the People and the Service as I have relocated to Michigan. I dealt with Walsh on several vehicles over the years and enjoyed strong and willing service from the Walsh Group as well. Had emissions recall done by Sierra Motors on my Golf in January 2025 and went to Minnesota. It immediately had strong fuel smell and reduced mpg. Went to take the car for another trip, backed out of the driveway and massively soaked the garage and driveway with fresh fuel. I called Sierra Motors service department and I asked them to tow it, since this is clearly their fuel leaking issue. They flat-out reused to have a tow truck to come and get the car.
