RecommendedWow!! Sierra RV really came thru for my family and I! After texting with Melissa (which I think is a great add to their business practice). I went by to visit them at the store. The issue we had was domitec series 300 toilet and it’s inherent flaws. We are using our trailer to live in while they work on our house after Hurricane Hanna and the smell had become unbearable. Employees not wearing masks right at the front desk by the bright pink sign that requires masks to enter? Not good business practice!
Terrific Service! Called about a problem with our slide. They had someone out here the next day. They handled everything with our extended service plan, got the new parts in only 2 days and were back out the following day to get it done. Service techs were pleasant and professional. We're very grateful they were able to respond so quickly, as we are only staying in the area for 3 weeks.
The Sierra Mobil RV team worked through all our warranty issues we had with our new 2019 Heartland Phoenix 365 that we had encountered. I highly recommend getting your RV repair needs done with them if your staying in south Texas. Instead of getting the run around, we got results. We also saw our neighbor get a new roof put on by them, and he said it was probably better than what the factory had done. Thanks Sierra RV!!
We are staying at SPI KOA and our air conditioning went out. Sierra Mobile was great to work with. Service was excellent and our technician, Yoshi, was awesome! Highly recommend them.
Great people, and service
5hrs from home and one of our toilets decides to start leaking. Called to see if they might have a part to get us through the weekend. Super helpful, super knowledgeable, extremely friendly people. If your in South Padre or down south these are the only people to call or the only place to go!!
These people work hard, they are very courteous and the rates are fair. Their repair techs conduct themselves as professionals and the detail crews are fast , punctual and thorough. That area is fortunate to have a service like this. I highly recommend this company for any RV needs when you are in the area. Lynn, Cindy and Tink.
Fast and friendly service. Ac not working. They weren't cooling. He explained why they were not working. He reset the ac with the error code. He fixed the problem and now, we no longer have to flee just to stay cool. It's 😎.
