I would highly recommend Sierra Mechanical! Cindy, the office manager, was great at organizing and communicating with me, and the techs she sent were awesome. They were able to diagnose the problems with my existing broken A/C, and gave me a very reasonable estimate to replace the broken parts, and stuck to the estimate to the penny! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! THEY GET PAID TO DO A OJOB AND DONT DO IT. ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS NOW AND MY 2 HVAC UNITS ARE NOT FIXED. CINDY THE MANAGER SAID SHE ORDERED THE PARTS 2 MONTHS AGO AND NOW TODAY SHE TELLS ME SHE DIDNT AND TO GO FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO USE. I HAVE REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY AS WELL AS 13 DIFFERENT REVIEWS ON 13 DIFFERENT SITES SO FAR.
