Dave put in a new furnace and AC for me. I'm really fussy about having people in my house because of my animals, but I felt completely comfortable with him being here. He watched out to make sure my birds weren't affected by his work and was careful around my cats. My housemate and I noted how neat and considerate he is. We woke up to a very cold house and found that our furnace wasn't working. Called Dave and he came out, same day to help. He thoroughly checked everything, showed us the parts that were no longer working and amazingly, had the exact replacement parts with him. I can home to my basement flooding and remembered Dave had done the inspection on my hot water heater prior to buying my house. One call and he was here in 20 minutes. Replaced my pressure release valve and saved the day! Highly recommended. Thank you Dave!!!
I always feel like I can trust Dave to do good and reliable work, and even fix what the last guy did wrong. He also worked those extra hours to get our furnace back working ahead of a snowstorm.
Dave was fantastic in helping us through a very complex propane issue. He negotiated with the propane provider, ensured our safety, and had our heat back up within 24 hrs. A temp hot water solution was in place a day later - all a real lifesaver ahead of the October blizzard. Our AC started having problems during the hottest three days we’ve had this year. Dave came out on a Sunday and got it working again for us. He came back Monday and replaced the parts that were worn out. We have had no problems with it since. I highly recommend Sierra Mechanical and would recommend asking for Dave to be your technician.
