If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have had nothing but problems with the service center at Sierra Motors. The mechanics don't care about you or your vehicle and always act like they are being inconvenienced when you bring your vehicle in. 10 years ago they ruined the cv axle and tie rods on my dodge ram but wouldn't admit to it. That ended up costing me a lot of money to get fixed because they voided my warranty. My experience at Sierra Mazda was a breeze. The staff was super helpful without being pushy, and they made everything clear and straightforward—no hidden fees or surprises. The whole process, from checking out cars to signing the papers, was smooth and easy. I left feeling really happy with my new car and the awesome service. I definitely recommend Sierra Mazda!

I came in just looking for details on how I go about getting a new car & James got me into a 2023 with no money down !! Great customer service & did his best to assure I would leave pleased. 10/10 recommend & would come back any day. & huge thank you to James, again !!! He was the best.
I was NOT looking forward to the car buying process, but working with Roy made the process much more enjoyable than I was expecting. He was straight forward with everything and I ended up having fun buying a new car!
