We have been trying to contact this company for several weeks now, concerning our rental property within an HOA they manage. The matter is URGENT. We cannot get through to anyone, after many, many repeated calls. The phone always goes to voicemail, and the mailbox is full. Highly unacceptable!!
Sierra management writes their lease in order to withhold the majority of a 15-1600 dollar deposit. I left my rented house very clean. You can’t hang pictures unless you use things that don’t make a small hole. They don’t believe in touch up paint. So, they make sure they get your money. You can rent the house, but not actually live in it if you get my meaning. Don’t expect to get your refundable portion of your deposit back, because they ensure that they get to keep it.
