It was a completely awful experience living here from the start. To end things on a worse note, the management mailed my move-out bill to the vacant apartment I had moved out from. As a result, the bill was sent to collections and negatively impacted my credit.
Loved the renovated apartments. Friendly and helpful staff, Alma (office admin), not only did everything she could to assist me with some paperwork I needed regarding my residency here years ago, but she went above and beyond with gathering information for me as well as help me make phone calls to other properties and corporate. Can not explain how thankful I was!
