We have called every day multiple times a day after leaving 2 voicemails during their scheduled operating hours (9am-5pm pst) and not once have they answered at all the week of this review

It was a completely awful experience living here from the start. To end things on a worse note, the management mailed my move-out bill to the vacant apartment I had moved out from. As a result, the bill was sent to collections and negatively impacted my credit.
