It is a dictator ship type atmosphere. The management is not fair. I would advise to look further for a stable happy home. I do love the bunnies and geese. I have lived in this park for about 8 years. I am very happy I was able to move out.
Spectacular!! – Sierra Lakes Mobile Home Community is a spectacular park with a resort feel that’s beautiful and well maintained. The ambiance of the park is peaceful and friendly. Management and maintenance staff grace Sierra Lakes and residents with superb professionalism and care. We would recommend Sierra Lakes to anyone who’s looking for affordable well maintained homes, relaxation, as well as an abundance of fun and relaxing things to do.

My secret garden home for an apartment price – People always give a funny look when I say I live in a mobile home community. They ask "why would you live in a trailer park?" I reply back surprised " Why wouldn't you want to live in one?." I love that this place is close to the schools, shopping, and parks. Sierra Lakes Mobile Home Park – This mobile home park is the prettiest I've ever seen! They have a lovely little stream with a duck pond in the front of the park. At the back, behind the clubhouse, is a very picturesque small lake. Lots of Canada geese, ducks, and bunnies adorn the lawns. Peaceful and a great country setting – Feels like you are out in the country, but you are really quite close to some great shopping! Friendly people and well maintained grounds....I highly recommend it for folks looking to settle in affordable housing in Rocklin!

Beautiful park, frienldy staff – I have been a visitor to SIerra Lakes Mobilehome Park for years and have found management to be top notch. Being a mobile home park resident myself, I know bad management and Sierra Lakes doesn't fall into that category! Their maintenance staff is superb and they keep the grounds beautiful. If I were going to move anywhere, it would be Sierra Lakes. Ignore the very few residents who complain - you can't please everyone but you'll find most folks at SL are very happy!
A Lovely Place to Call Home – My husband and I searched for 2 years before we found this community. We felt the peaceful atmosphere almost immediately. We are delighted to have been accepted as residents, and feel very honored to live among our friendly and helpful neighbors.
