I love the doctors and the staff. however the front office people are another matter. I scheduled a ct scan abdomen they also scheduled a lung at same time that wasn't due till November. they can never tell how much copay will be ahead if time and never return phone calls. I had a procedure done last year thought copay was 400.00 they decided it was 2800.00 when I walked in the door to have it done. we just got a bill for 2700.00 18 months after the procedure. I am done with Adventist and there whole system.

Dr. Honari is amazing; she gave me back my faith that there are still great caring health providers out there, who make their patients feel safe in their hands, and have their best interest at heart. I had an MRI and an X-ray here. It showed a fractured vertebrae. During the procedure I asked for the images to be sent to my surgeon at UCSF. 3 days later I found out that you sent the written report ONLY. What surgeon would be content with that? I waited 2 weeks for the images to arrive in SF. Not an easy thing during a public health emergency. The librarian at Adventist told me you do not have the proper technology to upload the images to UCSFs secure website. I find this unacceptable and think you need a serious upgrade.

Hospital policy is not honored during a time of loss. Per their COVID policy online family members can see their loved ones if death is imminent. Staff should be educated about their policy so family members are not forced to wait in the hospital parking lot.

I have been bringing my mom here since 2010 to see Dr. Maria Garcia-Martinez because she was in the network of providers. At first this was, key word being was, a great doctor's office but has since declined very rapidly. It is as if she is driven by the HMO and its propaganda. The medical assistant she has is completely incompetent. During the covid-19 pandemic they changed their hours of operation but neglected to notify ANY of their patients.
