Booked Sierra for my wedding hair a few weeks ago. I didn’t get the trial because it didn’t fit my budget. The day of the wedding I didn’t love the way my hair came out. I expressed what bothered me to Sierra, She then seem bothered for me, expressing what I didn’t like about my hair and raised her voice at me and told me “ Just so you know, this is why people book their trials” The make up artist, and my bridesmaids were all staring in shock.
