Before visiting Sierra Honda of Monrovia, I asked for multiple quotations from Mr. Luis Bocanegra for various vehicles to see what our budget could buy. Mr. Luis did not fail, and sent the quotations immediately. He is super friendly, and helped us with our car. Also special mention to Ms. Karen and Kris Williams for being helpful.
Service advisor Kevin Eng is very honest and takes his time to explain what the problems are with your car and how much the cost is. Always happy to get a ride for me to wait at home and will send a ride when my vehicle is ready. So happy and pleased with Mr. Eng.
