Since connecting with Jill Gardner our experience has been amazing. Our Moms house was a challenge to clear out because of her precious treasures. Jill from the very first day of contact immediately set to work on getting house and information in order. She helped in all legal and required necessities. Stayed in constant contact with us. Jill helped with closing of our Moms house at Tiger Creek feel complete and satisfying.
Jill and Jamie Taylor recently helped me sell my house in Pioneer. I can’t say enough about how helpful they were in helping me negotiate the process and get me a result I am very happy with. They were very good in explaining every step in the process. They were very easy to contact and responded to my texts and calls very promptly. I highly recommend them if you are trying to sell your property or looking to purchase your dream home.
Jill delivered more than we could have asked. With being from out of town and having to drive back and forth she was very efficient in showing us as many houses and she could to avoid extra driving. Her communication was amazing and understood right away what we were looking for. She made buying a house very stress free. Would highly recommend!
