I was interested in leasing an apartment from Sierra Hills however, I could not get ahold of anybody at this property. I tried calling, writing an email and even coming to the office in person just to find that it's closed and locked during business hours. It's like their management is completely non-existent which is very peculiar. Why be in business if you don't want to make money? Clearly, they are advertising available apartment units online. I asked for management to do a couple of things and they have been harassing me ever since. At this rate I'm going to have to get a lawyer. And they keep moving in horrible people that do drugs and search through the trash even though it's "not allowed".
I have lived here for just a little over 5 years. I have seen management change quite a few times, which was no big deal to me. I have been patient and kind to all of the staff here because I know that it can't be easy managing a large complex like this. HOWEVER, at year 5, I have officially hit my patience limit. Terrible managers. UPDATE!!! Moved far away from this place! Have been free of it for a while but yes, multiple drug dealers would walk around and ask me for stuff and creeped me out. Roaches everywhere, also the worst of all was the managers!!! Let people in one unit have 5 vehicles and they ended up calling a tow truck for my Mustang when it was parked in a marked spot!!! Walked out the next morning and my truck was there but my car was gone. Argued with the manager and she finally admitted it was in a correct spot. called... read more
