Angelica, management and Eduardo, maintenance are excellent individually but also work well as a team. Any problems are addressed quickly and efficiently. It’s quiet, safe, clean and a great location.
I’ve lived here for about 5 years and I enjoy that this community neighbors say hello to neighbors. The maintenance man is super friendly and always attends request in a timely manner . Front office manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s great to receive the mobile notifications as to things we need to be aware about in the community . No issues with noise or anything of that nature .
Lived here for a little over 2 months and have enjoyed it so far. Maintenance has been responsive and while some appliances and other interior elements are dated, they work well enough. Pool and hot tub are nice, friendly neighbors too. When it rains, we get a bit of a lake behind our garage door back entrance, and a waterfall coming down off the roof blocking our walkway out of our apartment. Overall not bad and very close to gym, shops and freeway which is very convenient.
I was interested in leasing an apartment from Sierra Hills however, I could not get ahold of anybody at this property. I tried calling, writing an email and even coming to the office in person just to find that it's closed and locked during business hours. It's like their management is completely non-existent which is very peculiar. Why be in business if you don't want to make money? Clearly, they are advertising available apartment units online. I asked for management to do a couple of things and they have been harassing me ever since. At this rate I'm going to have to get a lawyer. And they keep moving in horrible people that do drugs and search through the trash even though it's "not allowed".
