Since 1 of my medications gets only partially filled and I forget to micro manage it. If it was not for Jeanette's Reminder calls I would have transferred to CVS. I think she deserves a raise for going above and beyond. That partial fil for a year now is driving me up the wall. At least thank her for retaining a customer.
When I asked why you dont fill my whole month of aptiom I am told it all has to stay sealed because its so pricey. But ALL of my meds this time came in your bottles. Why not fill the whole month worth of aptiom that seal was broken cant two have been. Please make it easy and fill the whole month so I no longer have to fill the same medication twice a month. Been here over 10 years. Best pharmacy ever
the only thing I see wrong with Sierra Pharmacy is they are closed on weekends so if you need your script refilled on Sunday you have to go to another pharmacy .the staff is great and very helpful
I was able to transfer my prescriptions from Walgreens after they lost their contracts with the state and they had my medication ready in a day no problem everybody there is kind and courteous it’s the best pharmacy I’ve been to.
