SHL mishandled my pregnancy and postpartum care, and continues to do so 2 years after my daughter was born. In sum, this business demonstrates bad faith as an insurer, sex discrimination, and improper record keeping. Most recently, SHL denied coverage for pregnancy-related testing. What a horrible company they treat people like rats they make you jump through all these hoops they have all these stupid rules and limitations on things I travel a lot and they will only allow me to get my prescriptions 30 days at a time like I'm some sort of rat that has to come back to the pharmacy every month it's so sickening and then they only allow you an override if you're leaving the country but you have to call within 3 days of your leaving I mean what the hell who thinks of this nonsense. Never had a prescription denied by my health coverage. I've had four in the last year and a half with this garbage insurance. Also lost my therapist. The government literally does a better job with Medicaid. Might have to switch jobs or be an unemployed bum to avoid this insurance company
