In regards to the horrid customer service received at the sister towing company, I do not recommend anyone using a service that pairs itself with an institution such as Sierra hart towing. Arriving at 445 to pick up a car we were told it was too late and would be charged an extra "gate fee". The next day we came in to pick the car up which now cost an extra 50$. The man told me I was a liar about what time we came the previous day, claiming we arrived at 430 which begs the question, why did he close the gate in our faces? Af... read more
