This office is HORRIBLE. The staff are rude, will hang up on you if they don't want to discuss anything. Everyone points the finger at everyone else when errors, often, are made. The communication is super poor. Even the NP males excuses for everyone qnd everything. Unorganized and have zero compassion nor care for veterans. The VA in general is piss poor.
