The 2 custodian personnels who I see almost everday cleaning the building are very warm and friendly. They did a great job in maintaning the cleanliness of all the facilities such as the hallways and the elevator.
One star because I cant give 0 stars. I went for my apointment for a dog meet and greet, everything seemed to go ok, she even mentioned time to pack your things and well see you soon! I paid my deposit to finalize the application. I recieve an email the next day saying my dog wasnt approved after she said everything seemed ok. Very shady to deal with, keep this in mind if youre looking to rent here.
Nice property. Management seems to be doing just fine and doing their best. But this place is going down. Heavy and loud music seemingly from the 4th floor ( possibly #416) on 21805 block. I called Edmonton Bylaws they suggested that it's up to the property management to warn and evict the tenant in question. But the management is not doing anything. I currently live at Sierra Greens in the area of West Edmonton. We have been there almost a year now and it has been great. Like many area of the City we are amidst construction, but it is nice to see new developments. Sierra Greens has been a fantastic place to call home as the property has always been exceptionally clean, quiet, and well maintained.
