The fact that there is ONE elevator in the building and it is constantly booked.(This is for hours at a time) People have mobility issues, large amounts of groceries etc. It is not one person booking for one hour per day. It's multiple people multiple times per day.
For as long as I've lived here, I've had no problems with the property. The location is good, the managers are super nice, and the buildings are in sound condition. Definitely better than some other places in Edmonton
I ended my lease early here, this property is extremely greedy, shady and staff are unfriendly once you’re all signed up to live here. They deny every bad review they get, so I’m not going to respond or be surprised when they do the same to mine, but I feel people should be aware especially if they’re trying to stick you in building 21805! The neighborhood is lovely, the buildings are well maintained and kept clean, and the mangers Yuki and Owen are always friendly and ready to help out!
I went to visit some family here and it’s such a beautiful area. The building certainly fits the beauty of the neighborhood. Very cleanly and excellently maintained. Owen and Yuki were incredibly kind and inviting at answering any questions I had. Would 100% come back!
