Terrible experience at this place. Very dirty, parking lots weren’t kept up with the snowy weather, the power to charge your vehicles didn’t always work. They also rent to people who would smoke in the staircases and occasionally party, had scares with bed bugs and roaches. Overall I wouldn’t recommend.

This is the worst customer service we ever had! We were interested in renting the property and chasing to book a view since a week! Finally when we got confirmation email to view the property 5:30pm on July 21st. A lady called with a very blunt tone asking to cancel the appointment as it is too late for her to accommodate and ended the call. *June 17 - additional screenshot added here. Apparently “out of the goodness of their heart” they moved us originally, instead of dealing with THAT person. Can’t make this stuff up. We called the police and they do not at all agree with Brookfield. Will update!* *We were able to capture a video June 13. Guy was going crazy with the bass at 10:15pm.
