Only been living here for 34 days and so far so good, everyone is so nice and helpful
Sierra Grande has been a nice place to live. They have very responsive maintenance staff and the grounds are kept up well. I also appreciate the recent addition of valet trash service. There have been a few minor issues with communication with the front office staff, but I would recommend the complex overall.
Great community just the lake need a clean up. Nice people
mosquitoes are pretty bad. they are around the bushes and the irrigation system to water. wonder if the complex will spray?
Very nice. Beautiful fountain as my view. Walking path around the lake is unique, to enjoy both the lake and the apartment homes by just stepping out the front door. Nice wide sidewalks once you exit the complex, can take my bike to all shopping and errands safely. Quiet place though populous, a respectful community with most people out and about to walk their dog regularly as they go about their business pleasantly.
