This is a nice complex and Nicole Hayward,the site manager is very helpful and kind. Westley Cain is our maintance man and he is so helpful and kind to the residents. They are great to fix problems in our units. Each Tuesday , Mr Cain go to kings gate and get the residents a plate . Ms. Hayward knocks on each door to give us a plate. They don't have to do this , but they are great and respectful to the residents. I live in the back and sitting on our deck and watching the birds is peaceful.
