Lived there for 8 years, everyone had issues with black mold, even as soon as i moved in. Finally moved out and they never did a walk through before I left. Also I had extremely high electricity bills for a one bed one bath apartment, around $180 on average, while i move into a house and its only $150...sounds like something isnt right there.
Was going to apply here. But then I seen that they don't allow pets....hmmmm, I wonder if they know that not allowing pets, like service animals is against the ADA law? My message to Sierra gardens and future renters....I think y'all should have a peek at the laws of discrimination when it comes to service animals and disabled people...
