This is the worst experience I have with them, I ordered the service at home depot and they never called me for 4 days and they messed up my order and at last minute of appointment they cancelled it pushed it another 3 days. stay Away from them if you go to Home Depot or any other place never get service from sierra garage Door , the lady was rude on the phone and never mentioned her name even after asking. Stay Away
Ordered a Clopay door from Home Depot at 9:30 AM, one hour later Sierra Garage Door was on the phone scheduling a technician to visit and verify dimensions. The appointment was for two days later! Can't beat that! so far, so good! Stay tuned!
Sierra Garage Door did a great job on our project. They were quick, friendly, and most of all honest. My wife and I appreciate the work and would recommend them to anyone. Do not forget that quality works gets booked up fast so plan ahead for your garage door.
Worst costumer experience I have ever received. Call and leave multiple messages over several weeks and hear nothing back. They take your money and do nothing. Scam artists.
