I ordered flowers for a friend whose mother passed away. I ordered them to be delivered on the 8th...it is the 11th and I just got a refund with no explanation. So I called them and the lady on the phone said they didn't have time to deliver my flowers so they just refunded them....ok.....so then I said can you just deliver them today?! and she said I would have to reorder them...no thanks. You should have offered at least a discount or delivered them for free after being 3 days late on delivery.

Excellent customer service! So kind! I ordered arrangement for a funeral and he was so accommodating. He texted a photo and it was just like the picture online. I chose them because they were 5 stars and they are definitely 5 stars! Thank you!!!

I love this flower shop! They are very creative and truly amazing! When my father passed away, my mom and I were looking for flowers for his funeral and casket. The owner was very patient, kind, and compassionate. Not only were the prices affordable, but the quality of work was amazing! The owner went out of his way to make sure the flowers were perfect.
