I took my mother to visit Mr. Sierra's shop on a visit to see her in a local nursing home. He was very courteous to her, spent time discussing his business and love of birds with us, and welcomed her browsing. His kindness brought tears to my eyes . Subsequently, I ordered flowers to be delivered to her at the nursing home. They arrived on time for Mother's Day. We were so happy with the Mother’s Day flowers that we ordered for delivery quite a distance away on such a busy day for a florist. The arrangement was beautiful and looked almost exactly as pictured, which was a surprise! I am a florist in another state and would highly recommend Sierra Flowers.
Not very professional when I asked for a simple bouquet with 5 carnations and the girl( daughter) told me one price and said vase is no charge. She kept going back and forth. I told her can you make sure the price and said yes. I'm waiting 30 mins for the bouquet. When she changes me it was double/triple the price. She said I have to charge for vase but never communicated with me that her family said last min to charge me. Ill never go back to this place. First my girlfriend loved the flowers so thank you for that. Second she was asleep when delivery driver arrived so it wasn’t delivered at that time. I called and spoke to someone who sent them out that minute to redeliver so a big Thank You for that also. But yes she absolutely loved the roses arrangement and so did her mom hehe. Thanks and will order from you guys again soon!
