First my girlfriend loved the flowers so thank you for that. Second she was asleep when delivery driver arrived so it wasn’t delivered at that time. I called and spoke to someone who sent them out that minute to redeliver so a big Thank You for that also. But yes she absolutely loved the roses arrangement and so did her mom hehe. Thanks and will order from you guys again soon!

Edit: Got a call and turns out there's an issue with the website. They were really sweet and it. I would still do business with them just maybe over the phone next time. Just confirm with them if you use their online form ♥️ Previous review: Not sure what happened because all reviews are really good. I ordered an arrangement in advance for delivery and never got them. Reached out and got no response. I want my money back.
I ordered flowers for a friend whose mother passed away. I ordered them to be delivered on the 8th...it is the 11th and I just got a refund with no explanation. So I called them and the lady on the phone said they didn't have time to deliver my flowers so they just refunded them....ok.....so then I said can you just deliver them today?! and she said I would have to reorder them...no thanks. You should have offered at least a discount or delivered them for free after being 3 days late on delivery.
