Had an awesome time buying my new 500e love the car, and sales people were nice and professional, helped me out on leasing the car even with my high revolving credit, gave me a good deal on the car as well, I'll see you guys once the lease is over so I can hop in a new one again. Thanks!
I would have to say this was the worst experience I've had at a new car dealership. I was greeted by a young lady when I first entered the showroom and asked to wait a few minutes while she finished up with her client (which I really didn't mind). When she finished, she approached us and asked what we were interested in specifically. I explained to her that I was interested in a Fiat 500 Abarth model, but I had never owned nor driven a car in that class. I can only rate them based on service but they were great. Took a female friend's brand new 500 there because Fiat of Glendale (where she bought it) couldn't diagnose a persistent and annoying rear suspension noise. They weren't the least bit dismissive, unlike Glendale Fiat, had a tech ride in the car to hear it, and fixed it promptly and courteously. Everyone was very polite and actually listened to us....Shocking!... Kudos to Brian the Service Manager. I'm hoping to back there soon to buy me a new Abarth.
