I’m so glad I discovered Sierra Family Practice. The staff is warm, welcoming, and professional, and my visit with Melissa was incredibly thorough. The facility itself is not only beautiful but also equipped with advanced, modern technology. It’s clear that they truly care about keeping this community healthy and happy, and I feel grateful to have this level of care available here.
Dr. Mertz and staff were wonderful. They fit me in the same day and were able to issue a prescription to the city I was traveling to. Kind, caring, and great communication.
Just wanted to share the amazing experience we had with practitioner Melissa Mertz. Melissa is so personable, and actually takes the time to stop and listen to her patients. Her practice is brand new and spotless. The team is kind and attentive top our needs. What a great experience we have had for the past months. She will undoubtedly continue to be our primary care provider.
Pretty building and amazing staff!! Love Doctor melissa the most. Front desk staff are so easy to talk to and make the whole process so easy!
