The Dental staff Shawna and Gabriela are horrible heartless human beings!! Never been treated so rudely !! They dont care about the patients at ALL!!

Medical is great, dental not so much. Insults are not welcome in this country doc Paloma. Maybe where you come from in a socialized system you can ditch out on patients after doing a sloppy job. But here, in America, i pay a small fortune for your services so having a doctor hurl insults is absolutely unacceptable and skip out so she doesn’t have to finish her butchering. Stay away from this doctor.
I was just there , had an appointment to see Alyse for counseling . It is always good to see Alyse everyone at the medical office is so friendly and kind. Love Sierra Family Health Center
Ok, Claire Leve is awesome as far as western medical practitioners go, but the dentist staff is so rude I wouldn't go there again if they paid me. Replace Michelle, she is crabby & without a heart, or just never had kids keep her up most of the night. Can't say enough just how rude. I felt punished for being late, and she wouldn't even let my daughter have her appt, even though we were 15 minutes early for that! I made an appt at the place I used to go in Downieville. They are nice people.
Everyone who works there has a big heart. SFMC really cares about people.
