Patient being seen has schizoaffective disorder which she was diagnosed by 2 other psychiatrist before Dr. Rosenblat. The patient, my relative is paranoid and does not like talking about her past. I was under the impression Dr. Rosenblat would review the case before us coming in. Previous to appointment with Doctor, we went through the evaluation with a social worker in the facility and everything was on file. They say to set aside 2-3 hours of your day for the intake but fail to mention that they don’t take you back until you complete all information packets which took them about 30 minutes to process. My appointment was at 12:30 it’s now 1:02 and I am still sitting in the lobby.
Best place on earth to help a teenager with psychological problems , they are very professional , I travel from baldwin park to glendora , took me like 20 minutes driving patiently by the streets, they also have bilingual people English & Spanish 5 plus stars
