The Sierra carwash on Illinois Ave is doing a lot of illegal activity. Can't talk to the general manager, Caesar, he only speaks Spanish. He was at the shop before its posted operating hours, detailing a car and pocketing the money. I don't think Caesar is his real name. I got the idea that he may not be here legally....hmmmm.
Favoritism occurs in hiring, rehiring, firing, and treatment of Hispanic employees. There is a disproportionate number of Hispanic employees compared to black and Caucasian employees. Non-hispanic employees are fired at a disproportionate rate. When said employees are terminated, no reason is given. Firing appears to be arbitrary and biased.
