Instead of pressure washing underground garage he using a leaf blower to blow all the black dust under and over peoples car. Not fixed garage gates from all of the thief attempts to get in, garbage around the building . Smelly laundry and laundry machines . I wish I could give this building 6 stars! I’m a realtor with almost 30 yrs experience. I have seen hundreds of buildings over my career. Very few apartments have scored this high with me! In fact I chose this building as my home after doing the leg work and walking the entire neighborhood! If you know you know, the area is perfection. Heat outage, plumbing issues, constant leaks, broken doors and garage gates Irresponsible owner / manager not fixing the problems. Homeless junkies constantly doing drugs in visitor parking or sleeping around.... No wonder everyone is moving out or planning on it. Zero Stars Blue epoxy from pipes coming out of all faucets, do not let your self poisoned! Lots of vacancies around with new plumbing... Worst management ever. Not washing outside windows, not pressure washing underground parking, not cleaning laundry-smelly, full of hair, mold, everything is sticky-door handles, door it self, not maintaining anything ...
