This is the worst building you can choose to live in at West End. Lazy, with out manner building manager who's just doing that he is doing something instead for example fixing a exit doors so they do not smacked so hard that you can hear it through the building or pressure washed underground garage instead of using a leaf blower to blow all the black dust under peoples car, fixed garage gates from all of the thief attempts to get in, picked up all the garbage around the building etc. Smelly laundry, garbage room smell like "... read more
Zero Stars Blue epoxy from pipes coming out of all faucets, do not let your self poisoned! Lots of vacancies around with new plumbing... This is the worst building and managers ,management you can choose to live in at West End. Not washing outside windows, not pressure washing underground parking, not cleaning laundry-smelly, full of hair, mold, everything is sticky-door handles, door it self, not maintaining anything ... Noisy and unsecure building with Ignorant building managers they will not fix anything unless someone will complain-!. Unsanitary laundry machines ,laundry room floor full of dog hair so you can not put your basket down. Fly and moths everywhere. Constant leaks and heating problems as the building has a original plumbing. Heat outage, plumbing issues, constant leaks, broken doors and garage gates Irresponsible owner / manager Homeless junkies constantly doing drugs in visitor parking or sleeping around.... No wonder everyone is moving out or planning on it. Another nightmare coming with constructions of six-storey apartment, fronting Haro St and three-story townhouse, along Rosemary Brown Lane directly in front of the balconies of the tenants living on this side of the building
