We lived in this building for 5.5 years. Wilma and Alberto are outstanding residence managers. They are always responsive, kind, and professional. Any requests or concerns were addressed quickly, and they consistently went above and beyond to keep the building clean and well-maintained. You’ll always see them doing their thing around the property. Their courteous and hardworking approach made living here a great experience.

Noisy and unsecure building with Ignorant managers and management-they will not fix anything unless someone will complain-!. Unsanitary laundry machines ,laundry room floor full of dog hair so you can not put your basket down. Fly and moths everywhere. Constant leaks and heating problems as the building has a original plumbing. Gated underground parking totally unsecure with constant broken gates and brake ins, any one can get through it in to the building as the doors are not fob locked like in other buildings! Zero Stars Blue epoxy from pipes coming out of all faucets, do not let your self poisoned! Lots of vacancies around with new plumbing... This is the worst building and managers/ management you can choose to live in at West End. Not washing ouside windows,not washing undergr.parking, not cleaning laundry, everything is sticky. Noisy thanks to the Safeway and Liq.Store. Garage break ins. All Exit doors closing so hard you can hear it through the building yet no one cares...Constant leaks and problem with plumbing, heating,elev... read more

Been living here for 4 months now, the building is really clean, i love the gym, pretty much use it daily. I really like the manager wilma, she is very responsive and addresses issues quickly.She is also very friendly. I like that the swimming pool is also open in the summer, its such a nice place to chill on the weekend. Lastly i like the location, its really close to so many places, even the beach!! Would definitely recommend this place!!

We've lived here for 3 years. The building is in a good location, close and walkable to the beaches, Stanley Park, groceries, etc. Skytrain is a about a 15 minute walk. We have an amazing north facing view of Stanely Park, the Burrard Inlet and the North Shore. The building is generally well kept. The building managers Wilma and Albert are friendly and respond to requests promptly. They do a great job of helping this place feel like a home and community.
