I need a LOT of anesthesia to get numb, and they recognized that and customized the experience for my first root canal which made me comfortable and overall a painless experience I've never had during a dentist visit. I scheduled a root canal and had refferal. Front staff was inefficient, called me to reschedule several times. Called hours before my appointment to reschedule me for the other doctor so I explained I wanted to see a specific doc. Receptionist said she doubled booked me and was rude. I got a referral to a different endo altogether.
