After searching the web for days I finally called Jeff for information on how to fix my handle bar controls for my radio. The call took less than 45 seconds and he told me exactly how to fix it and it worked. Outstanding customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Now I need to find something to buy from them to show my support!
Stopped in today with an issue with the speakers on my bike. Had purchased the speakers from them but not installed by them. They jumped right on it. Had it diagnosed in 5 minutes fixed in 30. Great place to do business.

I was looking for a very hard to find cable for a Bikemp3 player and had posted it on the Gl1800 rider,s forum and got a reply from sierra saying that thay had what i was looking for.... THANKS....
I found Sierra while searching for a custom headset wiring for my sena smh10. Told them what I wanted. They had the kit I was looking for and agreed to remove the helmet speakers and replace them with a 3.5mm earbud jack. Shipped it to me in 10 days. Thanks for the great workmanship and knowledge of the sena products. Rob
