Had trouble with weak cb transmissions, clarity and range since new on 2017 Harley Ultra Limited . Have taken it to the dealer in Charlotte NC twice. They really didn't have a clue but did swap out the antenna. Nothing changed until I contacted you guys. Doug told me what the problem was and how to remedy it.
