I had ordered a kollter es1s pro back in August. After I paperwork issues with the Bill of Lading, I got the bike finally...in September. When it arrived, it only came with one battery. Under normal circumstances it wouldn't be an issue, but without both batteries, the bike is limited to 3k watts and roughly 50mph. A bit disappointing but I can still get to and from places until the 2nd battery gets here. After contacting them, they had sent out a 2nd battery, which didn't arrive until October. Here is what to expect. Your order will take two months for delivery! I purchased a cs1 that was already put together and ready to go on August 29th. They didnt even get the bike to the shipping company until the 20th of September. Haulbikes “shipping company” emailed and said they will deliver it on the 23rd of October at the earliest!!! Are you kidding!?! I contacted the ceo of sierra electric motorcycles multiple times canceling my order which I still hadn’t received a tracking number and could do so with no penalty. If you buy from sierra electric please be ready for an adventure. When I bought my ES1S in 2022, it was a pre-order that was delayed by months. The delivery was then delayed and they ended up sending a mechanic with a pickup and trailer to deliver all of the bikes. The guy was nice but the process was long. Getting communication and updates from them is slow. About 6 months ago I was in an accident.
