Here is what to expect. Your order will take two months for delivery! I purchased a cs1 that was already put together and ready to go on August 29th. They didnt even get the bike to the shipping company until the 20th of September. Haulbikes “shipping company” emailed and said they will deliver it on the 23rd of October at the earliest!!! If you buy from sierra electric please be ready for an adventure. When I bought my ES1S in 2022, it was a pre-order that was delayed by months. The delivery was then delayed and they ended up sending a mechanic with a pickup and trailer to deliver all of the bikes. The guy was nice but the process was long. Getting communication and updates from them is slow. About 6 months ago I was in an accident. Bought a kolter in September 2023. Was defective. It’s now July 18 2024. Still haven’t ridden the bike.
Called and spoke with justin originally invoice was sent over within the hour, but ended up changing my order about ten times which requires 10 invoices to be made, and through it all he was equally attentive kind curtius and prompt to all my questions and concerns.
