Bobbi at the front desk is very kind and welcoming. I have certain insurance tricks and she is respectful and is going out of her way to make sure I’m billed appropriately. I had a death in the family and they were understanding about my last minute cancellation. Due to a winter storm, I asked to change an appointment to Zoom and it was no problem. Staff is very polite and friendly. Ms. Pamela is easy to talk to and she makes you feel very comfortable.
I really enjoyed my first experience at Sierra Dragonfly. The office is situated in a lovely building filled with a zen garden, koi ponds, greenery, and a massive sky light letting all kinds of natural light shining in on you. Bobbi, the founder was so helpful and attentive. She worked with me as we navigated insurance questions and availability. Took my son into see Pam and highly recommend her to all the moms and dads out there looking for counseling for their children! The office is quiet and comfortable, it’s not like any other counseling office I’ve been too. Great people and great environment!
The therapist provided a conducive environment for open communication. However, I encountered a challenge when attempting to modify my therapy type due to an insurance change. Despite multiple attempts to contact the front office, my calls remained unanswered. Eventually, I received a response indicating that my insurance would be verified, but no further communication was received.
