My insurance can't get them on the phone to answer questions and won't refill my prescription until somebody calls back. They are not returning my calls either. Looking for another doctor.
I can't get anyone on the phone either. Multiple occasions have left messages and no call back. I had to do a walk in on crutches to get info on two referrals I had waiting for 1for week and a half. The other has been on going for 4+ months.After this other referral goes through will be changing facilities.
No one picks up the phone... what in the world is that all about? I don't get it. How have I been on hold for 45 min at 3 pm...
I used to really like this place but their patient portal is no longer updated with current results, visits, etc. It used to easy to contact your care provider via a message system in the patient portal but that is no non-functional. When I try calling in I end up in a long queue waiting my turn. I literally made lunch and still was waiting. All I want to do is ask a question. I think I may need to find another provider/office.
