Unprofessional, will not do any renovations to the property, pet owners do not pick up after their animals, and overall very run down. Courtney is very unpleasant and not a good look for the company.

Jim Daws in a professional in every area of development and has brought the quality of life in Macon to a new level.
In my experience living at three different properties owned by this group, they are generally pleasant to live in. For example, every maintenance request I filed was handled promptly and by a friendly employee. However, I will say that I found the professionalism of my final move-out process lacking, as I was initially issued a "final statement" with a $0 balance, and then received a second "final statement" accounting for damage two weeks later.
