I'm a college student searching for a place to live and have been in touch with this agency for about a month now, trying to secure a rental. I've been calling them every day, trying to complete everything they ask so I can move in on time for the school year. I live a few hours from Susanville and drove up there to view the rental because apparently, it's mandatory.
