Dishonest realtor. I was under contract on one of Dawn Meyers properties on Lake Almanor Drive. She called it a well-maintained home with nothing to disclose, but then once I had inspections done, I found out the house was in terrible shape. There had been a fire under the house and none of the burnt beams were repaired. This company takes advantage of younger college students and minority groups. I lived in an apartment rental and my property manager/ leasing agent Kianna Williams was very unprofessional. I went without working water in my bathroom sink from August to December and without heat for the same amount of time, this was brought to Williams knowledge many times and every time I was told “I’ll have someone come look at it”.
