Despite parent concerns Dr. always dismissed developmental concerns as “could be normal”. It took years of repeated visits with concerns to finally get our child evaluated. Our child’s developmental issues were observed by a teacher before Dr took seriously. Therefore years were lost in getting needed therapy. Very disheartening.
We had a sick visit with Dr. Coartney, and I have never experienced such terrible bedside manner. She was 1.5 hrs late for our appointment. I get it - things happen. But during this time, no one checked on us or provided an update. After she came in the room 1.5 hrs late, no apology or recognition of the delay. She talked over my daughter the entire time and was so incredibly rude. I can’t believe this woman works with children.
She is very attentive to her patients and answers all questions no matter how little. I don't feel she rushes the appointment whether a sick visit or well visit.
She is amazing. Helped me narrow down a formula for my baby since she was having so many different issues. She took the time to listen to every concern and she answered every question! She has been amazing since i met her at the hospital.
We appreciate the fact that Dr. Coartney takes her time and truly listens to our questions and concerns. She is thorough in her examination and always follows up as promised. My daughter trusts her and that means a lot.
We absolutely love Dr. Coartney!! She is very kind, takes her time explaining things to us. She never makes me feel rushed when I have a ton of questions about my baby!! She always makes us feel good about how we are parenting since this is our first baby. I highly recommend her to anyone!!!
My 17-year old daughter loves Dr. Coartney. She feels comfortable and at ease with her. I also like the way she handles herself during our office visits. She listens to my daughter and responds to her concerns with genuine concern. I highly recommend her.
