We throughly enjoyed working with the entire Sierra Classic team. All custom home projects have some bumps along the way, but Sierra handled everything and kept us informed with transparency. Our construction manager was phenomenal, their design process and designer made our selections very easy, and our sales person was amazing and stayed involved to the very end when we received our keys. Overall we had a wonderful experience. Everyone from our Sales Councelor to the Construction team was very nice to work with. They did not sugarcoat anything and kept us in budget. Did their best to set realistic expectations for us, which was important. We had a very tight timeframe for move in and completion of our home and they exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a true Custom Builder.
Terrible do not build with them. My family wasted money on these builders. They did not listen to us AT ALL just took our money and did whatever they wanted. Horrible job
