Absolutely the worst service i have ever experienced... From the customer service gal forgetting to get back to me while i was without a vehicle .... to the SERVICE MANAGER not returning my call, when a message was left for him.. How can you keep a car for three days for a check engine light on and do absolutely nothing to fix it... Highly recommend that if you have any issues with your vehicle ...DO NOT take it to sierra chrysler jeep ram!!!!!!

Agreed to buy our Jeep Wrangler working with George. We did everything though a couple of emails and a few phone calls. He worked to find the vehicle we wanted and had it ready when we drove in. James showed us everything we needed to know about the different functions of the vehicle. He made sure we understood everything before we left. Ann made sure the paperwork was ready and it only took a short time before we left with our new vehicle. The whole process was very stress free.
