Don’t buy a vehicle at this dealership. Sold me a Yukon Denali that’s engine blew 2 weeks after buying. First initial communication was for me to pound sand basically and after calling and fighting with them and GMC they finally took it in and dealt with the issue . No one is ever “available” there, they will ignore trying to talk to you when you’re tryna call for any type of information. Tonya works in the service department and was very easy to deal with. She was patient, answered my questions, and made sure everything was handled correctly. Communication was smooth and I felt taken care of the whole time. Solid experience overall.

CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL. I just got off the phone with Patrick in the parts dept. and find it weird that they don't EVER ship parts. Apparently, it falls on the customer to provide the logistical support (generating shipping labels, and "footwork" in general) to complete a transaction. I think this type of non-service is emblematic of the upcoming generation of (clueless) employees and is very sad to see.
