I had inquired about a Chevy Bolt back in summer of 2023. Did some shopping around, ended up not buying the car. For some crazy reason, this dealership kept my phone number. Someone on their sales team has been calling me almost every 1-2 months for the last (almost) 3 years, asking if I was still interested in a Chevy. I've blocked about 5 or 6 different numbers that originate from this dealership. Hope others have a less absurd experience.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Sierra Chevrolet of Monrovia. When we purchased our 2022 Chevy Bolt, they loaded the deal with unnecessary add-ons that increased the total price by about $15,000. One of those add-ons was a key fob warranty that supposedly covers replacements if anything goes wrong. Fast forward to now — our key fobs stopped locking the vehicle. I stopped to purchase two corvettes. I collect them. So far I have 16 of them. I looked at the sticker price and they have a charge for a GAS GUZZLER TAX FOR $2,600 EACH. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. THE SALES PERSON SAID THIS IS CALIFORNIA. LAUGHING I WALKED OUT
