I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado from Monrovia Sierra Chevy, 721 E. Central Ave, Monrovia, CA 91016 on June 3, 2026, and the same day I gave them a 10/10 review because I had no idea they had just sold me a bad vehicle. I drove the truck home about 70 miles home, and within less than three drives, the check engine light came on. Service dept. My advisor was Abraham, he did an excellent job communicating and following thru on what he said. Had an issue with the convertible top. I have extended warranty and Abraham took care of everything with my insurance. I just had to pay my deductible which i expected. They returned my camaro back in 2 days and everything was smooth. I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Cargo Van from this dealership. The salesperson and finance staff were courteous and professional; however, my experience with management was extremely disappointing.
