CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL. I just got off the phone with Patrick in the parts dept. and find it weird that they don't EVER ship parts. Apparently, it falls on the customer to provide the logistical support (generating shipping labels, and "footwork" in general) to complete a transaction. I think this type of non-service is emblematic of the upcoming generation of (clueless) employees and is very sad to see.
I came in to buy out my lease after receiving a quote the week prior. I was greeted by the same gentleman I had previously worked with and let him know I had secured outside financing and was ready to move forward. I had all of my documents in hand, and at first everything seemed straightforward—he was cordial and we began the process. Steer clear of this dealership!! Time wasters and false advertisers. I responded to an ad for a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado EV for 44,000. A dealership loaner with 3k miles base model bare bones. I spoke to the sales agent who assured me that this was the price. I arrive for a test drive and was ready to pay cash. Then lo and behold the sales agent advised me that there were “additional upgrades added” such as a door edge door protector film and a security alarm system. If you’re looking for a dealership that specializes in wasting your time and disrespecting customers, congratulations — you’ve found the right place. I came in to sell my car. I dealt with Tricia, Rudy (Sales Manager), and Tim (Commercial Sales) — plus three gentlemen sitting comfortably in the glass office on the right side of the dealership.
