I purchased a 2024 Chevy Trailblazer from this dealership in June of 2024. At 8,000 miles, I first complained about squeaking brakes. During that visit, they claimed the brakes were dirty and that was causing the noise, which seemed like a common excuse. When my vehicle reached 13,698 miles, I returned with the same issue. They said they couldn't find anything and "cleaned the dust off the rotors." The issue persisted, and I returned once more at 17,129 miles. The person that helped me with my oil change said she was gonna put Mobil 1 oil and when I went to pick up the car and looked at the paperwork it wasn’t Mobil 1. They offered to change the oil again for the difference but that would have been a waste of time
