Rip off service repair I have my Isuzu Trooper take it to repair and diagnos a solenoid problem and said they don't have a parts will ship overnight for additional $200.00 (They are Isuzu parts and service dealer) which I said no rush I can take a bus and wait until parts arrive. Then after a week said they called me when they try to put solenoid they notice lots of scrap metal found that I need a transmission. Raul S. Great Chevy shopping experience. Not a huge dealership so the attention to the customer is better than other places my wife and I visited. We ended up buying at Sierra and were treated well and got a great deal without having to haggle for hours. Wish our other car shopping experiences were as easy as Sierra's.
Problems not fixed after $600 repair Sierra used to be great but lately, I've had a lot of problems. My Odyssey dies at random intervals while driving. I spent $600 on a repair but the car still dies. Stephen at Sierra said they won't refund because he said that according to their tests, the car is fine. So I'm out my $600 + the car still dies.
Unprofessional Service Took my car in for service for oil & filter change and to diagnose a problem. Problem was that my car stopped running once while I was driving. I wanted them to figure out why it stopped. Customer service rep (Steven) suggested an electronic diagnostic test. They said the relay was defective and they replaced it. Well when I go to my vehicle after it's done, I noticed a screw on the floor of the drivers seat and also electric wires hanging underneath the driver's side. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL well let me start off by saying my experience w/sierra auto cars started when I was about to buy my honda. Well the salesman who helped me was very professional and then when I bought my car but then all crap broke loose. The WORST ever. Sierra Chevrolet in Monrovia is the worst dealership I have ever encountered. They have never gotten a repair right for me the first time, sometimes even after 2 or 3 attempts. They perform unnecessary repairs, and are very expensive. An absoutely horrable dealership.
Great sales people Yesterday I went car shopping with my boyfiend. Wow there are big differences between dealerships. We went to one in Santa MOnica and the salesman was very pushy and would not let us leave. At this location they were helpful but not too pushy. They wanted us to be happy with the car and were not trying to "make a sale" the salesman was telling us how they like to be more layed back. It was a great establishment. Sierra Auto Cars Inc is HORRIBLE I would avoid this dealership, if it were me. The service center proved to be quite sub-standard for me. If you like having the same repair made no less than FOUR times (for a simple repair), then you'll be happy here. Maybe you like looking around at cars on the lot and wasting time at dealerships. Great Place I bought my car from here and they were lovely to work with. Service is handy because they have a restaurant so they can do repairs over lunch.
