the new management seems to be making an effort to do things right. something I think needs attention is the parking area. its dirty and badly in need of resurfacing.
I live there and I like it. It's comfortable and so far I've had no problems.
Seriously, don't bother unless you like constantly complaining to management and calling cops without anything being resolved. Also, they will find a way to screw you so that you can't pay your bills every month.
had the worst living experience there in my life . the office manager was rude to not only me but my family as well. I would never in my life time recommend these apartments to anyone . yes they are cheep in price but they are also cheep in every way possible.
clean apartments with plenty of space and wonderful pool and hot-tubs as well as laundry rooms this apartment complex also has an affordable price and is a must have for those on a budget. 4/5 stars because sometimes the pools are closed for maintenance
