I'm not stoked that it cost $300 to program a new key fob. I'm happy it only took 15 minutes but, also, that's the equivalent of $1200/hr which is outrageous. Everyone was very nice and the waiting room has coffee and video game machines. That's cool enough to earn the 2nd star.
Excellent customer service and always get’s my jeep oil change done on time!
I recently had my check engine light go off on my 2023 jeep wrangler and needed to have my car towed over to sierra CDJR the customer service was above and beyond. They stood on stand by for Triple aaa they assisted me with a major transmission issue , bought brand new tires and had an oil change. My battery also went out and they waited for triple aaa to get there to do a swap since it was covered. Issac was my service person however anytime I called in the whole team was amazing, and polite.
