Do not confuse this apartment complex with the one at 500 S Carmichael Ave (Sterling Point). Both complexes have the same apartment building plans, but the management is NOT the same. Im not familiar with the management here, but the Sterling Point management is very good. The place is clean, neat, and well maintained. The AC units may not be adequate for the worst heat days, though.
Sierra Carmicheal is definately the place to live if you choose to feel inferior to staff.(who insist on speaking to the tentants as if they were children) Management is more like a principal at a school who "plays favorites." Security is definately an issue as vandalism is experienced frequently. Im a tenant at this apartment complex and i have to say this place was more than what i expected. The apartments are clean, they have fair pricing and the management is fairly new and great, i would suggest you visit before making any decisions on living space.
I lived at Sierra Carmichael Apartments for about 4 months. While living there I experienced quality service from the manager and employees. I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Management is great, and always makes sure the job gets done. If I could take it back to do all over again I wouldnt cange a thing!!

My husband and I have moved around quite a bit and lived in many different apartments complexes due to my husband being in the military. This complex is by far the worse complex I have ever stayed in. Yes, its cheap but not cheap enough for this dump. I would not live here again if rent was a dollar. The layout is atrocious, the furniture, refrigerator, dishwasher are probably from the 1960s. The apartments were poorly maintained.
