There has been many times where something happens to appliances in our apartment and whenever Levi come to help us he always gets the job done. He always does it with an awesome and professional attitude as well. Very well appreciated
Moved in to Sierra Canyon 2 months ago & wow what a place...I truly live in a resort!!! Nice quiet neighborhood, Well kept grounds, Nice Fitness Center, Pools & Grill areas...Excellent maintenence staff, Gated community and the Office staff is 1st rate...Shout out to Asst. Mgr. Claudia, who gave me the tour as well as always has a friendly smile & wave for the residents and takes care of any issues that might arise quickly & efficiently...She also always has time for my puppy Maxx who she has even volunteered to babysit her ... read more
Extremely knowledgeable and have resolved all issues
Overall, a good place to live.....with one major exception. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, the garbage trucks usually come between 5:30 and 6am. I have contacted the office more than once, and nothing has been done about it. If you're located anywhere near a dumpster, don't plan on you or your company sleeping in past 5:30-6am.....yes, that includes Saturdays! Nothing like waking up bright and early on a Saturday to the beautiful sounds of hydraulics and steel being slammed around. 5 stars otherwise, but this is a BIG negative.
