Customer service is HORRIBLE! Never got my receipt or my warranty as promised. He was very rude and unprofessional. He said he would email my warranty and it’s been over a month and no email. He actually blocked my husband and I and doesn’t respond. The quality of quality of his work was so bad. Overspray everywhere, he wouldn’t answer our calls, vehicle wasn’t delivered as promised. When we took it back to get it “fixed” he burned some areas while buffing and wet sanding

So my 2014 accord got hit by hail. I took my car to this shop on June 8th the insurance sent me the check so I went with the owner to the shop to cash check and handed him the money. I got dragged along for 8 weeks by his lies until today July 31st I picked up my car just to see it in worst condition than when I took it to him with hail damage. They don’t finish work when promised. Had to pick up the bumpers they were supposed to paint and swap out on my car bc my wife needed the car for work and he still insisted I pay him $300 out of the $400 we initially agreed upon for a botched job on the bumpers. Paint was dripped and parts of the bumper didn’t even have a clear coat on it. And if he were a professional he would know that the grille on a bmw bumper does not get painted, it stays flat grey. Don’t bring your car here unless you expect to see it back in worse condition. I got quoted $450 and after it was all said and done he charged $750. I had to bring it back so he can fix the noticeable paint match problem and he told me it would take a couple of days. When I would call he would say he needed another day. Worst experience ever. I hope he doesn’t think his work is actually quality work. It’s actually quite embarrassing to yourself and your brand.
